If you are unsure whether spiritual direction is the right fit for you, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation. This meeting offers an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your current spiritual life, and explore any questions you may have about what spiritual direction involves. The consultation provides a confidential and prayerful space for mutual discernment, where we listen together for the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
