Spiritual Direction is one-on-one, consistent (normally monthly) sessions from a theologically-trained Spiritual Director. During the monthly meeting with the director, the primary focus is on the individual’s relationship with God, her prayer life, and discerning His presence in daily experiences.

A Spiritual Director can help the person discern what is needed during the normal ebb and flow of prayer, ministry, work, and family life, offering encouragement and accountability. During seasons of spiritual dryness, a Spiritual Director can help the directee remain faithful to prayer and attentive to God’s quiet presence.

Women have a habit of ignoring their own needs to care for the needs of others. Unfortunately, we don’t always realize the slow depletion of our own emotional, psychological, physical, and mental health. A Spiritual Director can help you discern how God is inviting you to balance rest and activity, fostering a rhythm that sustains your well-being and prevents burnout.

Catholic women need encouragement, refreshment, and support as they work in the vineyard for Christ. Spiritual Direction empowers women to recognize their God-given gifts and talents and how to best utilize them for the building up of the body of Christ.
